Burger's Lake

Denise:  Nicole, Hey sweetheart!  How ya doin?  I am good, I guess.  So was David talking bad about Lindsay?  I don’t get this at all.  But is Lindsay mad at you?  I am so tired this morning.  I will wake up soon enough and go crazy!  This weekend I am going with my sister and mom to go buy swim suits for Burger’s Lake.  That is gonna rock!  On Friday, I am gonna get my nails done w/ like a total bright color (probably neon green or orange or something).  I want them to glow in the dark, that would be “cool as shit!”.  Chase used to always say that.  Speaking of Chase, I don’t like him at all and will start getting over Anthony in a little bit.  But I got to go so later tater!  Love, Denise

I don’t remember what little tiff was going on between me and Lindsay, but I DO remember the super-f*ing-awesome field trip to Burger’s Lake.  I swear Cross Timbers MS had more money than they knew what to do with that year.  We went on the best field trips!  The trip to Burger’s Lake was like the end of the year fiesta.  I got this purple shiny Mossimo bathing suit with boy short bottoms and the top had these three straps in the back.  Major bad-ass.  And I did my nails in this lavender purple color to match.  I distinctly remember a teacher seeing my manicure and telling me I could be a hand model for the shopping network.  I couldn’t even be a hand model for the “before” photo of a hand cream now.  These manos are busted!
